Fire inspiration:

Usage: automatic

Fire inspiration is an ability that is automatically applied to the user's
fireball power. Once fire inspiration has been practiced, it is used in
conjunction with each fireball cast / invoked by the user. Skill improvement
for fire inspiration is also automatically handled by fireball.

The greater the user's understanding of fire inspiration, the more damage will
be done by each fireball due to an increased fireball +damage and +hit. The
additional damage and accuracy of fireball is automatically attempted each
time fireball is used.

It has been rumored that this ability improves in power for users who exceed
100% ability mastery. Furthermore, it is rumored that the true power of fire
inspiration lies in its mastery beyond 100%.
