The oji-oem are a quiet race of shielded fighters. These winged humanoids are always surrounded by a spiritual shield which deflects incoming attacks, splitting damage between their spirit and health.

While magically shielded, these creatures are not generally found aspiring to magical professions. Instead, they tend to use their magical shield as an advantage for improving their combat prowess allowing them to excel beyond the capabilities of other fighter types.

The oji-oem are strong, agile, dexterous creatures. They also have a great vulnerability to holy or unholy attacks.
