They're somewhat outdated, yes. Cits have a lot of potential room for improvement.

With the way invasion works, even if a character isn't being pumped full of plats, they're not going to fit properly within the brackets. And some of the numbers are just silly, with NO ONE ever joining (1-220?), and several of the brackets have too-low stat caps.
