Default Pillar of Spirit Mechanics
Does anyone know if NR is applied before or after a damage limiting affect (blessing of the meek/massive size)? I'm guessing after, as to apply it before would reduce the relative value of the damage-limiting affect. But I'm not sure. Any guesses?
