Monk/Ninja/Footpad-ish skill

So I was comparing/discussing Monk and Ninja stuff with Berengei, and the topic turned to armour penetration. It got me thinking. It's not a bad idea. I mean, if a Poliir can render your Dodge/Parry useless 90% of the time("I laugh at your {insert arbtirarily high over 100 value here}% Dodge/Parry! I have over 100% !Dodge/!Parry!"), why can't a Monk/Ninja/Footpad do the same to your Defender's Discipline/Armour/Greater Armour? The reason I'm highlighting it for these 3 classes in particular, is because they're the ones most likely(thematically) to look for ways around an opponent's armour(All 3 tend to be lighter armoured than their opponents, the Monk is always looking for ways to beat better-equipped opponents, the Ninjas and Footpads always looking for chinks in the opponents' armour).

Thoughts?

Sounds interesting, but I'm unsure how the mechanics of armor actually work.

Along those lines, I think au-sem-mao needs to bypass evasion with training, and finesse abilities (adroit combat preventions such as glancing pierce and one of four, pivot) should ignore evasion as well.

Also, keiiken needs fixed. It needs to hit roughly 5x as hard as it does currently. The stat contribution to this ability appears to be negligible (it doesn't increase in damage no matter what you try to pump).
